During your walk, you will certainly find:

Arnica: this beautiful yellow flower heals bruises and oedemas but may only be applied externally.

Sage: sage has antitranspirant and antiseptic powers. With regard to cooking, its leaves are used as spice and its grains can be cooked as one does it with rice.

St John’s wort: its efficiency against slight depressions has been proved by numerous scientific studies.
