The beach Plage des Marquisats in Annecy
This beach is very near to the city centre and is situated at the beginning of the long cycle path which follows the whole left lakeshore. The lawn with view to the mountain La Tournette invites you to just do nothing.
The beach Plage d’ Albigny in Annecy-le-Vieux
This beach is also very close to the city centre. It is very wide and offers a magnificent view to the different levels of the Savoie mountains.
With its shallow inlet, this beach is particularly suitable for small children. The beach is watched over in July and August.
The beach Plage de la Brune in Veyrier-du-Lac
Ideal for having a picnic in the evening since the beach is sunlit for a long time.
The beach of Doussard
In the very south of the lake, the large lawn offers games for the children. Floating pontoons make it possible to indulge in diving and the beach is watched over.
One could spend hours with observing the close boats of the sailing school, the paragliders wheeling above the lake or the magnificent Dents de Lanfon…
The beach of Duingt
You are looking for some shade? Place your beach chair on the beach next to the castle and just opposite the Baie de Talloires – for an afternoon with tranquil reading and bathing pauses, just as you like.
The city beach in Sevrier
Spread your bathing towel on the beautiful lawn of Sevrier and benefit from the quiet… Bathing is watched over in summer. There is a diving club and the sailing port, sailing club and the canoe and kayak club are just a few metres away.

This is a new complex combining a watched-over beach, playgrounds for all ages (waterslide, paddling pools, beach volleyball, pétanque…), 2 restaurants and one discotheque.

The beach in Menthon-Saint-Bernard
Shade or sun? It’s you who decides. The beach of Menthon is pleasantly planted with trees and is also well equipped for children – with a large paddling pool, a floating pontoon, diving board and several playgrounds.
The beach of Talloires
Numerous different zones with trees shade the beach of Talloires with its magnificent panorama. It is very much liked by children since it is well equipped and has several playgrounds: paddling pool, pontoons, waterslide, diving board…and very much liked by parents, too, as it is watched over. Right next to the beach, you can rent boats.
The beach of Angon
This large beach is run through by a small river. The pontoon is ideal for basking in the sun – and being sprinkled by the divers.
The picnic area is a suitable meeting point in long summer evenings.
The city beach of Saint-Jorioz
You are longing for sand? Here you will find it. After some strokes you can dry while gazing at the Dents de Lanfon and la Tournette….
The beach offers 2 pontoons, one diving board, one playground for the very small and volleyball fields and pétanque for the adults.
