The King of the lake is a great wake-surfing competition taking place on Lake Annecy in Talloires.
This new discipline is to surf the wave of a ship without a rudder. The King of the lake is organized by the French association of wake surfing and includes hundreds of riders. But it is not just a competition! It is also a big weekend of partying with initiations for public concerts, fashion shows and a replay of the race on a giant screen from the beach.
